Program Description: TIY Properties sends SMS/text messages to current tenants regarding property-related matters, including but not limited to: maintenance updates and scheduling, rent reminders, lease renewal notices, property access notifications, and general building announcements.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on property and tenancy needs. You may receive multiple messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number to TIY Properties during the lease signing process and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from TIY Properties at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of renting or any other purchase.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from TIY Properties unless you re-enroll.
